We are a free bookstore! Our goal is to create a safe and healthy space to provide books and literacy opportunities for our community. All are welcome! Let us know your needs and we will do our best to meet them. We also have a collection of DVDs and school supplies available, all free.

Donating Books and other items:
We accept all books in good condition, CDs, DVDs, Vinyl, Comics, Video games, and collectibles. If you would like to donate books, you can bring them to the Avondale free bookstore anytime during business hours for drop-off. The Lincolnwood location @ 7080 N. McCormick is open M-F 8am-3pm for drop-offs. You can also arrange a pickup by clicking here.
